The Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain, diagnose, and correct facility and appropriate building systems in all facilities within appropriate discipline plumbing.Provide preventative and corrective maintenance and repair and installation of new equipment as needed.Provide necessary information for the proper purchase of preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems.Respond to routine and emergency calls and make necessary repairs.Research, develop and make recommendations in regard to the maintenance and capital improvement of equipment and systemsMonitor system efficiencies and recommend appropriate solutionsAssist in the daily oversight of appropriate contractors.Provide event related maintenance, services, and support.Review, perform and maintain regular department work orders and equipment using CMMS (Legends Global Maintenance).Conduct regular inspections of workspaces to ensure proper housekeeping, safety and compliance. exists for the protection of health, safety and rights of employees and the publicOther duties may be assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
