controlled substance license Requires American Board Certification in the job-related medical specialty of psychiatry. Requires three (3) years of medical administrative experience directing, planning, and evaluating a medical/clinical program. Experience working with psychiatric/mental health patients. Duties include Serves as facility expert on mental health laws, regulations, and trends. Represents medical services and programs. Serves as manager of medical program operations. Serves as Medical Director and as foil-line supervisor which includes union, non-union, and contractual staff Assign and reviews work. Provides guidance and training to assigned staff. Reassigns staff to meet day-to-day operating needs. Establishes annual goals and objectives. Effectively recommends and imposes discipline, up to and Including discharge. Prepares and signs performance evaluations. Determines and recommends staffing needs. Performs incident Investigation and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Annashae
