Job Details Title: Registered Nurse Unit: Pulmonary Care Unit (PCU) Schedule: Mon/Tues/Wed Location: Presbyterian Medical Center | Novant Health Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM This position may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus and relocation. About the Unit 24‑bed Pulmonary Care Unit with a 1:5 nurse‑to‑patient ratio (flexible to 1:6) Patient population includes COPD, asthma, pneumonia, respiratory failure, pulmonary embolism, and pleural effusions Fast‑paced environment offering exposure to a broad mix of medical and respiratory conditions Supportive team culture focused on growth and collaboration Responsibilities Foster teamwork, engagement, and community involvement Commit to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care Maintain a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm" Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 4‑Year Bachelors required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. One year relevant experience preferred. Current RN licensure in appropriate state required. ENPC, TNCC or CEN preferred. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire required.
