Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred; SNF experience is strongly preferred by the client. Familiarity with NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems preferred. Assistants expected productivity knowledge: 90% productivity expectation; ability to work within productivity standards. Resume required to submit as a substitute; candidate must be prepared to provide an updated resume. Preferred candidates will have prior experience treating post-acute and long-term care populations.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, with option to flex under certain circumstances. Documentation Systems: NetHealth and PointClickCare. Floating: Candidate may be expected to float to other facility locations as needed.
