Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract at a 47-bed acute care facility in Los Alamos, NM, requiring 2+ years of MRI experience and ARRT (MRI) certification.

Details

• Work in the MRI department of a 47-bed acute care hospital serving as a major healthcare provider for Northern New Mexico
• Equipment includes a 1.5T GE 16-channel MRI scanner
• Day shift schedule with 40 hours per week
• No weekend hours or on-call requirements
• No float requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
• ARRT (MRI) registration required
• AHA certifications required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• License required if applicable
• Cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment

Additional Information

• Weekly orientations are conducted for new travelers
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for this position
• Report to Patient Access at 8:00 AM on the first day
• Employee parking is available on-site
