Medical Center is seeking a Family Medicine Program Director to lead our recently established Family Medicine residency program - Position includes Program Director, Teaching, and Clinical responsibilities - PD position is a .7 FTE with the remainder in clinical practice - Clinical practice options include FM clinic and/or hospitalist - Responsible for continued program development and maintenance of accreditation in adherence with ACGME requirements - Oversee the quality of education, curricula, and experiential rotations - Lead the interview, selection, and evaluation processes of residents - Provide leadership, mentoring, teaching, and administrative oversight to residents - Partner closely with hospital and medical staff to ensure effective integration within the organization - Attractive compensation package with base salaryBenefits package - Compensation $295,000-350,000 with incentives and depending on clinical practice - 3+ years of recent PD, Associate PD or core faculty experience and history of scholarly activities/research required - Current board certification by the ABFM or AOBFP

The hospital features 157 licensed acute care beds, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac services featuring a STEMI Receiving Center (heart attack), and a 35-bed 24-hour emergency department. Center for wound care provides treatment for people with chronic non-healing wounds. This comprehensive wound-healing service includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
