Manager, Legal Programs (Privacy & AI)

Managing a dual focus on privacy and AI governance, the full-time Manager, Legal Programs (Privacy & AI) will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance privacy compliance and develop responsible AI practices in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Partner with the Privacy Program Manager to refine and manage the privacy program, ensuring compliance with various privacy laws Help establish and operate the AI governance program, developing processes and monitoring evolving AI regulations Own implementation of strategic legal initiatives, coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years of experience in legal project/program management with a focus on privacy and/or AI governance Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or emerging AI regulations is a plus
