This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who loves practicing medicine but is also excited about mentoring others, shaping hospital culture, and having a voice in how a practice grows . Qualifications: DVM or VMD with eligibility for a valid Pennsylvania veterinary license. - $130,000-$160,000 base salary
- $40,000 signing bonus
- $45,000 Long-Term Commitment Bonus - paid as three $15,000 milestone bonuses
- Management bonus based on hospital performance
