Customer Care Agent

Adecco is currently hiring for Customer Care Agents for a partner in El Dorado, AR. We are looking for strong typists with a background in customer service. This is a contract role, that will last through the end of the year.

Location: Eldorado, AR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $12.00 - 13.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously

• Provide basic support and direct customers to the correct internal teams

• Log and update call information using internal systems

• Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Strong typing skills 60 WPM + Strong communication and interpersonal skills both over the phone and in-person

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems

• A positive, customer-first attitude

• Dependability and a team-focused mindset

Pay Details: $12.00 to $13.00 per hour
