About the Role

The Company is seeking a Department Chair and Program Director for its Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology program. This is a pivotal role for an academic leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a vision for innovation in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, accreditation, and growth of the program, with a focus on addressing the regional behavioral health workforce shortages. As the founding leader, the Chair/Program Director will have the opportunity to shape the program's academic identity, culture, and curriculum, and will be instrumental in establishing a practitioner-scholar training model that emphasizes academic excellence, ethical practice, and student success.
