Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Experience in long-term care or dementia/alzheimer's care preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents with Alzheimer's and dementia.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on care needs and health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and drug screenings required.
- Scrubs required for the role.
