Title: Maintenance/ Facilities Tech

Location: Onsite (Daily Attendance Required)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (40 hrs./week)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

Job Summary:
Seeking a Jr. Facilities Technician with 2+ years of facility maintenance experience to support building operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance. This role requires hands-on work involving basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture installation, building repairs, forklift operation, and emergency response support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
• Support building security and emergency response activities
• Assist with office moves, furniture installation, and equipment transport
• Replace lighting and maintain facility appearance
• Operate forklift and perform heavy lifting as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of facility maintenance experience
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of building systems
• Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors

Preferred:

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or locksmith experience
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Stationary Engineering License

Additional Requirements:
Must be available for on-call support, overtime, and weekend work as needed. Background Check, MVR, and 10-Panel Drug Screen required.
