Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are a must; you should be comfortable building rapport and explaining complex protection concepts clearly. Tech-Savviness: You are comfortable navigating a computer, CRM software, and digital communication tools. Licensing: Willingness to obtain your state insurance license (we provide the resources, sponsorship, and guidance to get you there). Professionalism: A commitment to the highest standards of service and ethics. Availability: Ability to work on-site at our Plano, TX office Monday through Friday.
