Providence Health and Services Kodiak, AK – 3 DAYS AGO – Full Time Job Description The Physical Therapist plans and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. The therapist helps patients/residents reach maximum performance levels by utilizing mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as prosthetic and orthotic devices, and evaluates, records, and reports patient progress. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree or Ph.D. Minimum 1 year of experience Job Schedule Full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week. Benefits Salary range: $46.54 – $69.82 per hour. $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
