• Experience: 2+ years as NNP (excluding RN experience); no new graduates

What You ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal intensive care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and NICU team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments for neonatal patients
• Assist with caring for newborns in the mother-baby units, including post-delivery care
• Participate in family education and support during neonatal stays
• Document patient care activities accurately and securely
• Support hospital quality improvement initiatives in neonatal services

What You Need

• Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
• 2+ years of recent NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
• Strong neonatal assessment, intervention, and family communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
