Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and individualize therapy to meet caseload needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students in TK-8th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed, compliant documentation of services
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student support
• Engage with teachers and school staff to promote communication strategies within the classroom
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all students
