New Opportunity – Temporary General Laborer

Location : Eagle Point, Oregon

Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active, work outdoors, and make a difference in keeping a site running smoothly? We’re seeking a Temporary General Laborer to join our client’s hardworking team and provide extra support during a busy season.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, and can jump in wherever help is needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Weed whacking and general groundskeeping
Performing physical labor, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying
Assisting with irrigation maintenance
Picking up trash and supporting compost maintenance
Helping with basic site and equipment upkeep
Operating hand and power tools as directed
Supporting crews with cleanup and organization of work areas
Other general laborer duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Must bring your own sturdy work boots (all other PPE is provided)
A valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Schedule & Pay:

Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $20 per hour, with the opportunity for overtime
