Assistant Project Manager, Commercial Aquatics

At Weller Pools, we deliver municipal pools, resort features, competition venues, lazy rivers, splash pads, and custom water elements. Our projects are fast, coordinated, and technical — and you’ll be the backbone that keeps information, materials, and stakeholders aligned.

Your impact

• Be the go-to support for four Project Managers juggling multiple jobs
• Own documentation flow in construction management software
• Create and track RFIs and submittals; manage drawings and project records
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance files
• Draft subcontracts and purchase orders for PM review
• Track procurement: materials, deliveries, and inventory
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Support light change order pricing and estimates
• Help projects stay on schedule and within budget through precise admin support

You bring

• Top-tier multitasking, time management, and organization
• Ability to pivot quickly between priorities and projects
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency
• Ability to learn new project management platforms; Procore familiarity is a plus
• Construction experience preferred
• Detail orientation and consistent follow-through
• Self-motivation and proactive problem-solving

Tools & environment

• Primary workplace: Orlando headquarters
• Most work occurs in-office; occasional site visits or travel

Compensation

Salary range: $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
