OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Readsboro, VT by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Based in Readsboro, VT, you'll run solo OTR dry-van freight nationwide, providing consistent, safe deliveries across long-haul routes. HMD supplies modern tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters and backs drivers with reliable in-house maintenance for smooth operations.

What you'll do:

• Operate dry van equipment on national lanes, ensuring freight integrity and timely deliveries.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and escalate equipment issues to maintenance.
• Stay in close contact with dispatch for optimized routing and pickup/drop-off coordination.

Qualifications & perks:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
