Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate : $59 - $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Yelm, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
- Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
- Obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license
- Must hold permanent license (no compact license accepted for SC positions)
- Meet experience requirements specific to the assigned setting
- Maintain active licensure throughout the assignment
- Work 40 guaranteed weekly hours with 1.5x overtime billing rate
- Work day shift hours
- Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
- Comply with facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
- Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
- Meet credentialing requirements per contract QA standards
- Candidates with previous perm/PRN work history within the last year are not eligible for assignment
- Candidates with previous travel or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
