Assistant Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Construction Project Manager (owner's rep) will oversee mission-critical construction projects with a primary focus on data center facilities. This role requires hands-on site supervision, ensuring quality control and compliance while coordinating and managing project schedules. The Assistant Construction Project Manager reports directly to Executive Leadership and works on-site full-time

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans and schedules
Coordinate and lead project teams to meet objectives
Monitor and maintain quality control standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes
Supervise on-site construction activities
Manage schedules to meet critical deadlines
Oversee mission-critical data center construction projects

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years in construction project management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
