Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our shipping team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with carriers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and is committed to ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and undamaged.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack outgoing products, materials, and supplies securely for transport.
- Verify shipment accuracy by cross-checking items against invoices, purchase orders, or manifest lists.
- Generate shipping documents , including shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), and customs paperwork using shipping software (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager).
