Front Desk & Client Care Administrator

Freedom House Recovery Center, Inc. is seeking a front desk intake specialist who will greet clients, triage via phone and in person, and support administrative tasks for the care team.
You will screen potential clients using CDC guidelines for COVID-19, gather essential information, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure proper care. The position requires handling multi-line phone systems, scheduling, and processing intake packets.
