About the Role

STORD is hiring Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern logistics environment. This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, store, and stage product accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, pallet jack)
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
Move, stack, and stage products within the warehouse
Verify product counts and documentation during receiving and shipping
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory
Conduct daily equipment safety checks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and OSHA standards
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred)
Ability to become forklift certified (if not already certified)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Basic computer or WMS experience
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
