Assignment Details

• Position: Travel LPN

• Location: Concord, NH

• Assignment Length: 14 Weeks

• Hours: 40 Hours/Week

• Shift: Full-Time

• Contract Type: Travel Assignment

What You’ll Do

As a Travel LPN, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct patient care according to established care plans

• Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice

• Monitoring and documenting patient conditions

• Assisting with patient assessments and clinical procedures

• Communicating changes in patient status to the appropriate healthcare team

• Educating patients and families as appropriate

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Following facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Active New Hampshire LPN license or eligibility to obtain one

• Current BLS certification

• Recent LPN/LVN clinical experience

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to adapt quickly to a new healthcare environment

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach

• Ability to commit to the full 14-week assignment
