The challenge is how organizations can fully understand their risks and determine how to avoid, mitigate, or leverage them? The answer is a quality and risk management lead like you, who will take charge of the quality program and risk assessment activities applying subject matter expertise to develop and execute strategies, plans, and processes to capture, investigate, and assess performance, quality, cost, schedule, personnel, and contract and subcontract management risk. As quality and risk management lead on our team, you’ll use your experience to plan and execute risk assessment activities and identify areas requiring urgent avoidance or mitigation. You’ll collaborate with risk owners and managers, conducting risk probability and impact analysis and defining strategies and methods to minimize or mitigate risk and optimize opportunities. You’ll supervise development and maintenance of quality management and control plans, risk registers, support program Risk Review Boards (RRBs) or Risk Control Boards (RCBs), ensuring all known and previous unknown program risks are addressed, monitored, and actioned. You’ll work with DoW leaders to discover their program quality concerns and risks, understand applicable policies, and develop mitigation plans, while broadening your skills in risk governance, risk management, quality management and program compliance. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
