Position Summary Benesch is proud to announce the opening for a Recruiter in our Cleveland office. This position is hybrid and offers work‑from‑home flexibility. The recruiter will support the growth of Benesch by recruiting support staff across all offices. Do you have experience recruiting in‑house in a corporate, law firm or professional services industry? This position requires heavy multitasking in a fast‑paced environment and a collaboration with a Senior Recruiter to promote Benesch as an employer of choice. Essential Functions Initiate and manage support staff searches for assigned non‑attorney positions across all offices. Review and confirm job requisitions and tailor searches according to specific parameters. Ensure all job postings are accurate, detailed and compliant. Review, screen, interview and disposition applicants from direct applications or third‑party recruiters. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other departments and at all levels of management. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor knowledge in markets where Benesch has an office presence. Maintain strategic partnerships with third‑party recruiters and engage assistance as needed. Understand Firm systems, policies, procedures, client services and future goals to communicate details to candidates. Track candidate status via the Firm's ATS and recruiting tracker in Excel. Leverage additional candidate sources and proactively recruit on platforms such as LinkedIn and Handshake. Schedule interviews, collect interview feedback and conduct candidate debriefs. Coordinate with HR leadership on offers, manage presentation of offer letters, and distribute signed offers to HR/Finance teams. Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline. 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience in the legal or other professional services industries; experience in a large, multi‑office law firm preferred. Superior interpersonal, written and communication skills with the ability to interface professionally, courteously, and confidently with candidates and all team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with applicant tracking systems or a proven ability to master new software programs. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $92,000 per year. Salary disclosures are based on the Firm's good faith belief and are not a guarantee of final offers. Base pay is based on location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Full‑time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
