Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staff
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and NYC regulations
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and logs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on NYC interior construction projects
• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, permitting, and union environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced, occupied environments
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
• Proficient in construction scheduling and reporting tools
