Job Title: Product Manager II (Agile Product Delivery)

Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical, organized, and collaborative Product Manager II to lead high-impact product initiatives that transform how our business operates. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, driving product discovery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination across agile engineering teams.

This is an individual contributor role requiring a solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and user-centric design. Working with limited direction from leadership, you will break down Epics and Features into granular user stories, partner with UX and engineering teams, analyze product usage data, and coordinate seamless product rollouts. Key Responsibilities
Product Backlog & Agile Execution
• Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog-translating complex initiatives into Epics, Features, and granular user stories ready for single-sprint execution.
• Sprint & Release Support: Partner with engineering and scrum teams through feature reviews, grooming sessions, sprint planning, daily coordination, and product demos.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), application testing, and post-release validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Discovery, Analytics & UX Collaboration
• User Research: Partner closely with User Experience (UX) teams to guide product design, prioritize features, and participate in user research and discovery activities.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data-including transactional metrics, usage statistics, customer feedback, and industry reports-to inform product decisions.
• Vendor & Internal Alignment: Collaborate with internal business groups and external technology vendors to design, deliver, and support integrated hardware and software solutions.

Stakeholder Governance & Change Management
• Rollout Coordination: Coordinate new and changed functionality with affected business units to guarantee seamless operational transitions and change adoption.
• Stakeholder Communication: Host regular stakeholder meetings and report out on product delivery progress, roadmap execution, and milestone achievements.
• Ongoing Support: Provide day-to-day product portfolio support, handling inquiries, responding to user feedback, and authoring release communications.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or an additional two years of relevant professional experience/training in lieu of a degree).
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, or a closely related agile delivery role.
• Technical Mastery:
oSolid understanding of the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and modern product management methodologies.
oProven ability to create clear workflow diagrams and process flow charts.
oExperience facilitating user group meetings and managing multiple concurrent projects.
oProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and enterprise agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities; superior written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• General Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Attributes
• 3+ years of experience working in a customer service-oriented or client-facing domain.
• Familiarity with specialized enterprise reservation systems, inventory management platforms, or travel technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to product roadmap development and long-term strategic vision.
