Job Description:
- The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.).
- May also perform vascular procedures.
- This for a pediatric sonographer with pediatric specific experience (heads, hips, spines).
- Pediatric Sonography
- Abdominal doppler ( Liver/renal doppler)
- Vascular preferred
- GYN ( No Ob)
- Must be able to keep area/room clean and stocked.
- Must be able to help with all patient types ( ER, OP, IP, and portables).
- Must be able to communicate with Radiologist- we are Academic and read out our cases in person
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- ARDMS Required.
- 1 year experience.
- Experience with GE E9, GE S8. E10.
- Trophon experience
- EPIC experience
