Senior AI/ML Engineer

To support AI 10.0 Scaling, the full-time Senior AI/ML Engineer will work remotely to build and productionize AI systems, ensure model quality and compliance, and drive architecture and engineering standards within the Claim Edit Hub team. Key responsibilities: Build and productionize AI systems, including agentic services and end-to-end pipelines Ensure model quality, evaluation, security, and compliance with responsible AI standards Drive cross-functional leadership and collaboration to implement observability and operational excellence Required qualifications: Bachelor of Science in computer science or related quantitative field 3+ years of programming experience in Python and SQL, including automation with shell scripting 2+ years in observability and monitoring, including SLOs and drift detection 2+ years in model registry and experiment tracking, including A/B testing 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure AI services
