Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a state-of-the-art acute rehabilitation environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients recovering from various injuries and illnesses, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.Position DetailsShift: Night shift from 7:15 PM to 6:45 AMWeekly Guaranteed Hours: 36Weekend Hours: Every other weekendUnit InformationNumber of Beds: 52 beds (All private)Current Census: 35 patientsPatient Ratios: 1:5Common Patient Population: Adults aged 18 and older, including those with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, amputations, isolation patients, tracheostomy patients, and those needing wound careTypical Length of Stay: 12 daysResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for:Providing comprehensive patient care and rehabilitation programsCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatmentMonitoring patient progress and adapting care plans as necessaryMaintaining accurate patient records using CERNER EHRQualificationsRequired Education: Valid RN license with a Bachelor's degree preferredExperience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a rehabilitation or inpatient settingCertifications: Current BLS certification requiredAdditional InformationSkills/Experience: Must have at least 2 years of nursing experiencePersonality Fit: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAttire: Navy blue scrubs preferred, but not mandatoryParking: Free parking available at the back of the facility; avoid costly parking optionsIf you are passionate about helping patients recover and improve their quality of life, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Client Details City Sacramento State CA
