This role offers a SALARY plus unit bonus pay plan, providing an opportunity to earn between $40,000.00 and $90,000.00 per year, paid weekly. • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options accordingly.
• Manage sales transactions efficiently, including paperwork and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• A hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop sales skills; previous experience is not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
