IT Support Technician

Providing remote technical support for a small office, the part-time IT Support Technician will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage user accounts in Active Directory. Key responsibilities Provide remote technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 (Office 365) issues Administer basic user account management within Active Directory Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on IT support or Help Desk experience Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and Active Directory Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, printers, and Wi-Fi Ability to work independently in a remote support environment Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
