Shipping Associate – 1st Shift

$22.84/hr | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading manufacturer of residential cabinetry in the United States, is seeking Shipping Associates to join their shipping department.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a forklift position. This is a hands-on role involving staging and loading boxed cabinets by hand.

No experience required! The company is willing to train the right candidate.

Shipping Department Job Summary:

· Pay: $22.84/hr
· 1st Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
· Monday-Friday with overtime as needed
· Complete a 4-day training program before beginning regular work
· Work as part of a team to stage customer orders for shipment
· Load trucks with boxed cabinets by hand
· Move and stack boxed cabinets throughout the shipping area
· Stack boxed cabinets up to 3-high
· Repeatedly lift, push, and pull boxes weighing 80–120 lbs. throughout the shift
· Maintain an organized and safe shipping area
· Follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures

This is a physically demanding position requiring continuous hands-on material handling throughout the workday.

Shipping Associate Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

· No previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience required – training provided!
· High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
· Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull up to 120 lbs.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move materials throughout an 8–10 hour shift
· Comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting throughout the entire shift
· Ability to stack materials up to 3-high
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
· Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
