Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Develop and maintain treatment plans based on individual assessments that address the emotional and social needs of clients. \n
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals and groups, focusing on evidence-based practices to ensure the most effective outcomes. \n
- Plan, promote, and coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, engaging with educational institutions and community resources. \n
- Oversee the completion of all required documentation by interns and trainees in compliance with university and organizational standards. \n
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns and associated universities, keeping abreast of relevant federal, state, and county policies. \n
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with funding requirements. \n
- Provide timely clinical consultation for crises and non-crisis situations, offering support and guidance tailored to each client's needs. \n
- Actively participate in quality assurance audits and contribute to ongoing evaluations of clinical programs, client documentation, and practice standards. \n
- Engage in regular meetings with program leadership and other team members to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement. \n
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace by addressing maintenance or safety issues with the appropriate personnel. \n
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall objectives of the organization. \n
Our ideal LCSW will work primarily with children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of emotional and social challenges. You'll be tasked with providing compassionate care to improve mental wellbeing and support academic success through counseling and collaboration with school staff. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. \n
- Proven ability to conduct therapy via telehealth; strong digital communication skills and a reliable internet connection are essential. \n
- Experience providing psychosocial support within educational settings is highly desirable. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
