We are Architectural design firm located in Encino and we are currently looking to add another member to our team. Our specialty is architectural design of restaurants and commercial kitchens, and all other food establishments. We also assist clients with getting all the permits needed to open food establishment.
We are looking for experienced and organized Architectural Draftsperson to work with our design team on creating and drafting plans that include floor plans, site plans, architectural details and other construction documents required by the City and County. Occasional project site visits and field measurements are required. Candidate must have great communication skills and positive attitude that will allow him/her to work with clients, team members, engineers and plan checkers. Requirements for Candidate: - Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD program is a MUST - Minimum 2 years of experience working at the architectural/design office i a MUST - Knowledge of California building codes is required - Ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines - Self-motivation - Reading and understanding architectural and engineering plans is required - Experience with organizing and maintaining CAD files - Proficient in AutoCAD 2013+, Zimas, LADBS, Outlook, Microsoft Office and other web based sources. - Experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design is a big plus.
