Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring for a variety of positions to support our athletic events:

• Ticket Scanners: Be the first point of contact, verifying tickets for entry and ensuring venue policies regarding prohibited items are followed to keep our fans safe.

• Ushers: Help fans find their way! You will assist patrons in locating their seats and navigating the venue, ensuring everyone enjoys the event from the right spot.

  What We’re Looking For

• Communication Skills: You are approachable, friendly, and able to communicate clearly with a diverse range of fans.

• Professionalism & Dependability: You take your role seriously, arrive on time, and handle every situation with a positive attitude.

• Physical Stamina: You must be able to stand for long periods, walk throughout the venue, and work comfortably in all types of weather conditions.

• Flexibility: Event hours vary based on the schedule; candidates must be willing to work evenings and stay late when events require it.

Compensation & Requirements

• Pay: Starting at $12/hr. with increases.

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Screening: All candidates must be willing to pass a drug screen and a background check.
