Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday coverage
• Daytime clinic hours from 7:50am to 4pm
• Multi-month maternity leave assignment
• No weekend clinic coverage

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Tennessee license or active IMLC LOQ required
• DEA required
