To learn more, visit Responsibilities Proactively coordinate reporting, recordkeeping, and auditing between the Benefits Department and internal and external contacts (Finance, Payroll, and health and insurance carriers as appropriate) Administer new enrollments, terminations, and other changes for all benefits plans in the HRIS and vendor portals Support the Benefits Department with annual open enrollment, carrier renewals, monthly and semi-annually HSA processing, intranet content support, and other benefits-related projects Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, system navigation, and procedures Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, records management, job & compensation changes, and offboarding Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for increased efficiency and improved employee experience Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date employee records Data entry, audit, and approve employee changes (hires, terminations, promotions, etc) in the HRIS Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external partners #J-18808-Ljbffr Corcept Therapeutics
