About the Role:

Join YOU TURN RESIDENTIAL LLC as an LPN/RN in Norfolk, VA, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nursing professionals to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Assist in daily living activities and promote patient independence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with residential care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
