Paradise Lakes Resort is currently seeking dependable and energetic individuals to join our Facility Cleaning Staff team. We are a clothing-optional resort, and all employees are required to wear uniforms while working.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Reliability is a must.

This hands-on position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the resort. We provide paid, on-the-job training and offer an exciting opportunity to work in a unique hospitality setting while supporting the comfort and experience of our guests and members.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated resort areas including:
  • Restrooms
  • Offices
  • Hotel rooms
  • Nightclubs
  • Indoor and outdoor bars
  • Pool deck areas
  • Play areas
  • Common spaces
• Sweep, mop, sanitize, dust, and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property
• Restock supplies and maintain organization of cleaning stations
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist in maintaining an inviting and professional resort atmosphere

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be 21 years of age and older
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with guests and coworkers
