BizTalk Developer

PSP requires the services of a BizTalk Developer staff augmentation consultant to assist with BizTalk upgrade project. The candidate should have all the following requirements:

• 5 Years of working experience on BizTalk. Currently running on BizTalk 2013 R2. Will be upgrading to BizTalk 2020.
• Design and develop complex B2B Integrations and Orchestrations using BizTalk
• Excellent knowledge of deployment of BizTalk
• Experience in upgrading BizTalk versions
• Experience in migrating applications from ON-PREMISE BIZTALK INTEGRATION TO AZURE INTEGRATION SERVICES
• Deploying and configuring of BizTalk on multiple host instances
• Excellent knowledge of configuration of BizTalk preferably on clustered environment
• Excellent knowledge of working with various adapters with BizTalk especially, MSMQ, WCF Adapter, MQ Adapter and SQL Adapter
• BizTalk Administration and import/export application for backup and restore from Administration console
• Understanding of OO concepts and design patterns
• Good understanding of TFS, build and deployment process
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Must be able to work independently
• Can communicate effectively with multiple team members at a given time
• Strong team-building, vendor and customer relations skills

Required skills and experience:

• 4 Year college degree
• BizTalk 2013+ Administration, including deployment – 5 years
• BizTalk 2013+ Development – 5 years
• BizTalk 2013 or newer Performance and Availability Monitoring – 5 years
• Experience with BizTalk Adapters, such as MQ Adapter and SQL Adapter – 5 years
• C# - 6 years
• Understanding and working experience with Microsoft SQL Server – 5 years
• Experience maintaining and extending technical documentation – 5 years

The Product Specialist is the expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of products. The primary responsibility of a Product Specialist is to ensure the availability and facilitate the productive use of a product for Application Teams or end users.

Role description:

• Responsible for serving as a Technical Team Lead on enterprise-wide systems.
• Responsible for leading implementation efforts related to products/services that involve significant Commonwealth and federal oversight.
• Serves as a mentor to team members by sharing industry best standards and practices.
• Responsible for functioning as the Technical SME on an enterprise-wide system.
• Provides direct technical expertise to Executive applications involving national security.
• Delivers support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications.
• Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts.
• May function as a niche SME.
• Demonstrates expertise in teaching/conveying technical and/or functional courses/concepts.
