What You'll Find Here Join a community-focused small animal hospital where practical, hands-on veterinary medicine meets modern technology. You'll work alongside collaborative doctors and a highly skilled support team, including 14 veterinary assistants and two registered veterinary technicians. The hospital features ultrasound, dental radiography, digital radiography, surgical laser technology, and an in-house laboratory. From routine procedures to more advanced cases, you'll have the tools and team support to deliver high-quality care while developing your clinical interests. Compensation + Schedule Annual salary:

$120,000–$150,000, negotiable based on experience.

Signing bonus:

Up to $40,000.

What You'll Do Examine companion animals, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Perform medical and surgical procedures and prescribe medications as needed.

Use diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results.

Provide preventive care recommendations and educate clients about treatment options.

Offer compassionate guidance on end-of-life care.

Maintain accurate patient medical records.

Follow veterinary ethics, applicable regulations, and professional standards.

Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver excellent patient care and client service.

What You Bring Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.

Appropriate state veterinary licensure.

Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD credentials.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A compassionate, motivated approach to veterinary medicine.

A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional, courteous interactions with clients and colleagues.

Enthusiasm for continued learning and professional development.

Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads.
