Testing Manager

To lead and manage testing activities for a banking project, the full-time remote Testing Manager will define testing strategies, coordinate schedules, and ensure solution quality and compliance with business and technical requirements. Key responsibilities Define and manage the overall testing strategy, approach, scope, and test plans for the banking project Lead testing activities across various phases, including SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle and prepare testing dashboards and management reports on execution progress and quality indicators Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 7+ years of experience in software testing with significant experience in test management Experience working on banking systems or digital transformation projects is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is preferred
