Part-Time Day/Evenings
Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team in New Florence, Missouri. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as ambulation, toileting, and incontinence care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and vital signs
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement resident care plans
Participate in residents' care conferences and provide feedback on their condition and needs
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures
