Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

This position is for a Registered Nurse, required to work night shifts for a duration of 13 weeks with rotating weekends. The expected hours are from 1800 to 0630.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Previous experience in an acute care facility is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is preferred.

Additional Information

Applicants should possess a strong ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
