Billing Operations Analyst (Fully Remote)

Manage external customer email and onboard customers to Twilio's billing and ERP systems. Participate in month-end close activities including managing recurring billing, tracking credits, and analyzing revenue accounts. Collaborate with Sales team to resolve customer queries and provide detailed analysis. Qualifications: Strong experience in Billings/Revenue/Order to Cash. Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets. Proficient in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills. Remote role based in Mexico City with occasional travel for team meetings. Fast-paced environment with emphasis on attention to detail and customer service.
