If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team: Your Role as a Treatment Nurse As a Treatment Nurse, you will ensure that residents receive timely, accurate, and compassionate skin and wound care. Under the direction of the DON/ADON and in collaboration with the nursing team, you will: Provide and document all wound treatments per physician orders. Assess skin condition and report any changes promptly. Monitor healing progress and update care plans as necessary. Participate in wound rounds. Assist in preventing skin breakdown by following established protocols. Educate staff on skin integrity, turning schedules, and proper care procedures. Maintain confidentiality of resident information. Promote a safe and positive care environment. Must Have: LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn. Nice to Have: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents. Behavioral care / memory care experience. Experience with PointClickCare (PCC). Equal Opportunity Employer.
