Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate collaboration among team members by participating in regular case conferences and staff meetings to enhance care coordination.

Your role will center around a diverse group of patients, primarily youth who are experiencing substance use issues in conjunction with mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range between USD 85,000 – 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside a generous welcome bonus.
